It’s nice enough and the quality is okay, but the price feels way too high for what you actually get. They make it sound like you’re getting something special, but the promises are vague and don’t really translate into much in real life. I don’t hate it, I just don’t feel like it was worth the money.

Maybe I’m a bit picky when it comes to furniture, especially when I’m paying this much, but this order really didn’t live up to what I had in mind. Placing the order was easy enough, but after that everything felt slower than it should’ve been and kind of unclear. I kept having to check for updates myself, and the replies I got didn’t really tell me much.
When the furniture finally arrived, it just didn’t feel as nice or solid as I was hoping. I know some people might be fine with it, but for my taste and for the price, it felt disappointing. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I really wanted to like this because it looked nice when I first opened it. At first glance, I was hopeful and thought it would end up being a solid purchase.
After using it for a little while though, the quality just didn’t quite hold up for me. Some of the edges and parts felt a bit rough, and it didn’t seem as finished as I expected. It’s not even about it being perfect, I just expected it to feel a little more put together.
For the price, I thought it would be sturdier and maybe last better. It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, but I don’t think I’d order the same one again.

The site was easy enough to use, but I was a little disappointed with the selection for my patio. I kept looking around thinking maybe I was missing something, but a lot of the styles and colors felt really similar. For the price, I expected more variety. I’d be curious if other people found better options here, but for me it felt limited.

When my order arrived, the box was in rough shape. It was dented in a few spots and looked like it had been tossed around during shipping, so I was a little worried before I even opened it. Thankfully, I checked everything inside right away because the outside of the package definitely didn’t inspire much confidence

I ordered this thinking it would arrive fairly quickly, but it ended up taking weeks. The lack of updates didn’t help either, which was frustrating. I understand delays can happen, but waiting that long with barely any communication was really annoying.

The chairs looked really nice at first, but, they were hard to sit on, and just not comfortable at all...

I bought teak furniture from Westminster Teak because I thought it would be something I could just enjoy without thinking about it too much. It does look good, but i started feeling kind of trapped by how much maintenance it needs. Cleaning it, oiling or sealing it, and trying to keep it from turning grey became way more of a routine than I expected, especially for furniture at this price.

Maybe that’s just part of owning teak, but I didn’t come away from the site feeling like it would be such a commitment. Now it feels like I either keep up with the chores or watch it change into something I didn’t really want. If you’re not looking to spend weekends babysitting your outdoor furniture, I’d probably skip it.

they did answer my question, but it took a bit longer than I expected to hear back. Nobody was rude or anything, but it didn’t feel super Helpful either.

The site, feels a little outdated to me. There’s just a lot going on, and it looks kind of cluttered, for my taste

The box showed up half crushed. It was barely taped shut. A few parts had marks from rubbing together. For the price, I expected much better packaging. Frustrating.

I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or what, but something feels off with the way this was made. Trying to put it together was a total headache because some of the parts just didn’t line up or fit the way they were supposed to. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong, but after a while it was clear the pieces weren’t matching up properly...

I really liked the way this looked when I first got it, but after a couple seasons outside, the finish faded badly and I started noticing small cracks. For teak, I expected it to hold up WAY better

The website works okay overall, but it was more annoying than I expected. I had planned to get it sorted that evening, but ended up putting it off because browsing felt like a hassle. Not the worst site, just clunky enough to ruin my momentum

My order arrived with one chair that was not the right one, and the cushions were also in the wrong color. The packing slip had the correct things I ordered, so I don’t know where it got confused, but it did.
Customer service did get back to me, so that was okay, but it took a few days and then I had to send photos two times, which was a bit annoying. The furniture might be nice overall, just the order being correct was not very good in my case

I ordered a teak bench from westminsterteak.com because it looked really nice in the photos, i was expecting something solid and well-made. When it arrived, my first thought was, okay, maybe it just needs a closer look, but the more I checked it out, the more disappointed I got.

Some of the joints didn’t line up evenly, the edges felt rough in places, and there were a few spots that just looked unfinished or rushed. For what I paid, I kept thinking, shouldn’t this feel a lot more polished?

It still functions as a bench, so it’s not completely useless, but it definitely doesn’t feel like the high-quality furniture I thought I was buying. I really wanted to like it, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again.
